In parallel to my activity as Chief Impact Officer in a waste management company, I advise companies in their sustainability and BCORP certification processes.

First of all, according to the needs: assistance in the definition of strategic axes, setting up the BCORP certification project, workshops and training sessions.

Then, support in the BCorp process: scoping, planning and project management but also follow-up and support in the BIA response and verification phases.

For re-certification process: consulting and support in defining the areas of progress and monitoring the action.
